1,Description:
Aluminum extrusion molding (or aluminum extrusion molding) is
placed in the die cavity (or extrusion cylinder) in the aluminum
billet to apply strong pressure, forcing the aluminum billet to
produce directional plastic deformation, extrusion from the
extrusion die hole, so as to obtain the required cross-section
shape, size and mechanical properties of the parts or semi-finished
products of the plastic processing methods.
The principle of aluminum extrusion is similar to squeezing
toothpaste.
Aluminum ingots are divided into several metal streams under
pressure and enter the welding chamber through the diversion holes,
where they converge and are welded together again under high
temperature, high pressure and high vacuum, and finally flow out
through the gap between the die core and the die holes to form
tubes or hollow profiles that meet the requirements of dimensions
and performance, and if bending is required, bending tools are
added to the rear equipment.
Extrusion dies are essentially thick, round steel discs containing
one or more openings to form the desired profile.They are usually
